What you will do
People are CM.com’s most valuable asset and with motivated and enthusiastic employees we can strengthen our organization. As a Lead Recruiter, you are part of CM.com core HR team and you are responsible for attracting talent for CM.com. You have two direct reports, one based out of the Breda office and one in the Madrid office.

In this role you are end-to-end responsible in the recruitment cycle; from Kick off meeting with the Hiring manager to search and connect on LinkedIn, to assessments and offer management with the final candidates. You will work from our Breda office and recruit for the Netherlands as we have offices in Amsterdam, Utrecht, Enschede, Arnhem, Maastricht, and Tilburg and sometimes also some international Sales and Marketing roles in Denmark, Germany, Belgium, or any of the other 17 countries that we are located in. You like to have a diverse portfolio of roles as you are responsible for Sales, Marketing, Finance, R&D and a variety of staff roles (Legal, HR, Procurement, etc.). 

Next to our day-to-day recruitment you have 1-1's with your team and work together on lifting the level of recruitment. For instance working on projects like referral recruitment, renew our assessment tooling, recruitment marketing, training for hiring managers or another topic that you find relevant!

Job requirements

You connect with us, if you:


  • 7+ years of relevant recruitment experience;
  • Leadership competencies;
  • Know your way around LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Willing to go 4 days per week to the Breda office
