What you will do has four business units. We are currently seeking an experienced account manager for the connect business unit. Connect offers a multichannel communication platform (CPaaS) that allows over 4000 Dutch clients to effectively communicate across various channels with their customers. This includes SMS, WhatsApp for Business, Voice, Email, RCS, Apple Business Chat, and social media messaging channels.

The account manager will focus on providing exceptional client services to enterprise clients in the Dutch market, specifically in the following sectors: Tech & Media, Logistics, Telco & Utility, Finance, and Government. The sales team in Connect consists of approximately 10 colleagues in various sales roles, all working together to acquire new business opportunities and maintain and expand our existing client base.

In this role, the account manager will directly interact with the main stakeholders in client organizations, such as (C-level) Technology, Security, or Marketing managers. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying commercial opportunities for beyond your specific domain (Connect). This could include our product offerings related to customer contact software, payment solutions, or ticketing.

This position reports directly to Sven van Gurp, the Sales Manager.

Job requirements

You connect with us, if you have:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or key account management, preferably in corporate environments
  • Experience in a sales-driven organization with commercial targets
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions in complex environments
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong commercial mindset
  • Self-starter and a strong team player
  • Industry experience in IT, Telecom, or SaaS
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
