Now, we’re looking for an Account Executive to join the Mobile team (part of the Live BU) at CM.com, where you’ll work closely with Appmiral to deliver innovative mobile solutions!

What you will do

We are building the ultimate Global AI-Powered Customer Engagement Platform that lets businesses connect with customers, automate work, and handle every interaction through one reliable, user-friendly platform. That is our mission for 2026.

 

In your first 12 months, you will:

  • Take ownership of new business opportunities

    As an Account Executive for Appmiral, your primary focus will be on new business development for our premium event app solutions. You’ll work closely with the SDR team to identify and convert leads into long-term partnerships, expanding Appmiral’s portfolio and driving growth.

  • Keep existing clients thriving
    While your main focus will be new business, you’ll also handle renewals for a smaller portion of the Appmiral portfolio, ensuring existing clients continue to benefit from our solutions. Appmiral is already used by some of the biggest names in the Live industries, including Tomorrowland, Zwarte Cross, Roskilde, Creamfields, and the F1 Dutch Grand Prix.

  • Be the go-to expert for event app solutions
    You’ll collaborate with other colleagues in sales trajectories, providing expertise on Appmiral’s solutions and helping to close deals by showcasing the value of our event apps.

  • Drive growth through cross-selling
    You’ll identify opportunities to introduce clients to other CM.com solutions, such as Ticketing, Marketing Cloud, and our Agentic AI solution HALO, driving additional value and strengthening client relationships.

  • Improve processes using AI, automation, and smart tooling
    You’ll leverage data-driven insights and innovative tools to help clients streamline their operations, gain real-time event insights, and elevate their visitor experience.

  • Make decisions fast, test ideas, and learn from what doesn’t work
    You’ll monitor customer feedback and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation, continuously improving our offerings and driving customer satisfaction.

  • Help shape how this role will look a year from now
    This is a dynamic role where you’ll have the freedom to rethink workflows, explore new technologies, and contribute to the evolution of Appmiral’s solutions and sales strategies.

  • Success is measured by impact, not by perfect plans
    Your contributions will directly enhance new business growth, expand Appmiral’s reach, and strengthen its position as the European leader in premium event apps.

That’s why you ideally have

  • Experience in a commercial role, preferably in the events, technology, or leisure industry

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships

  • A commercial mindset with a sharp eye for opportunities to add value to clients

  • You live close to our headquarters in Breda

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
