Now, we’re looking for an Account Executive to join the Music & Live team (part of the Live BU) at CM.com.

What you will do

Help businesses and events connect with customers or visitors, automate work, and handle every interaction through one reliable, user-friendly platform. That is our mission for 2026.

As an Account Executive in the Music & Live team, you will play a key role in driving new business development opportunities within the vibrant events industry. The Music & Live team is part of CM.com’s Live business unit, which empowers event organizers with cutting-edge tech solutions, including ticketing, marketing, AI, mobile apps, and much more! From festivals and concerts to venues and large-scale events, you will work with some of the most iconic names in the industry, including Tomorrowland, Loveland, Ziggo Dome, F1 Dutch Grand Prix, Live Nation, Zwarte Cross, SAIL Amsterdam, Pukkelpop, Feyenoord, and Amnesia Ibiza.

At the heart of our offering is the Ticketing Platform, enabling event organizers to sell tickets seamlessly to their visitors. But the power of our solutions goes far beyond just ticketing. By combining ticketing with tools like our event app Appmiral, Customer Data Platform, Mobile Marketing Cloud, Mobile Service Cloud, HALO, and POS systems, we provide a one-stop-shop for event organizers to elevate their events and enhance the visitor experience. Our integrated approach helps organizers to work smarter, leverage data, and deliver unforgettable experiences.

In your first 12 months, you will:

  • Take ownership of the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. You will be the go-to-expert for our Music & Live solutions, building strong relationships with clients. You’ll work closely with the SDR team to identify and convert leads into long-term partnerships, expanding our portfolio and driving growth.

  • Collaborate closely with event organizers and internal team to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Visit clients and event venues to identify opportunities, strengthen partnerships for innovation, continuously improving our offerings and driving customer satisfaction. You will plan and deliver demos of our ticketing platform and other solutions, showcasing their value to potential clients.

  • Monitor customer feedback and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation, continuously improving our offerings and driving customer satisfaction.

  • Make decisions fast, test ideas, and learn from what doesn’t work. Success is measured by impact, not by perfect plans.

  • Help shape how this role will look a year from now. This is a dynamic role where you’ll have the freedom to rethink workflows, explore new technologies, and contribute to the evolution of Music & Live’s solutions and sales strategies.

That’s why you ideally have

  • Experience in a commercial role, preferably in the events, technology, or leisure industry

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships

  • A commercial mindset with a sharp eye for opportunities to add value to clients

  • You live close to our headquarters in Breda

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
