What you will do

As Account Executive you will find business opportunities for CM.com Engage (SaaS) proposition.
You will manage potential customers from the very first contact until the contract signature. You will:

  • create and carry out prospection strategies,
  • manage inbound leads,
  • understand customers’ needs,
  • give related product demos
  • negotiate agreements.

You will continuously interact with HQ Product team, Professional Services and Technical Support/CSM Team in order to understand projects’ feasibility and win them.

You will also use our CRM (Salesforce) as your friend and keep it up to date so that it can guide you along the way

You have the freedom to show your entrepreneurship and gain the confidence to work independently.

Job requirements

You connect with us, if you:

  • Minimum 5-7 years’ of work experience in software/service sales in a technology driven environment;
  • Skilled contract negotiator and strategic thinker;
  • Communication skills that are above market standards;
  • Great social and convincing skills;
  • Experience with larger Enterprise customers in multiple industries;
  • Fluency in Italian and English

  • Willingness to learn and experiment;
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment to meet evolving business;
