What you will do 

Selling tickets is just the start; we understand that! Discover the magic of visitor data and reach your visitors with personalized communications on their favorite channels and devices. Offer visitors a unique experience that goes beyond the actual visit and create the ultimate visitor experience through 1-on-1 communication with the conversational commerce solutions of CM.com.

To achieve this mission, we are seeking an Account Executive to sell our innovative ticketing and POS software solutions to customers in the Dutch Leisure Industry! You will be responsible for selling our innovative ticketing, POS (Point of Sale) software, and communications solutions to museums, experiences, Zoos and theme parks. Through your expertise, you will help clients optimize their processes, allowing them to provide their visitors with a seamless and memorable experience.

Furthermore, you will:

  • Dive into creating prospecting strategies using your Target Account Lists, and let Salesforce be your trusty guide throughout the journey

  • Be proactive in hunting down new business opportunities by exploring market research and tuning into what makes customers tick

  • Jump into CM.com’s sales strategies and market analysis, bringing your energy to shape our product game

  • Connect with the Customer Success Managers to nurture post-sale client relationships, making every interaction seamless

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell openings together with the Customer Success Manager, aiming for growth and added value for customers

  • Keep an eye on industry trends and client needs to recognize new business potential and enhance customer engagement

Additionally, you ideally have

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree

  • Multiple years of commercial experience in the leisure business

  • Experience in online ticketing software, POS systems or similar solutions

  • A network within the museums, theme parks or attractions market would be a huge plus

  • Residence within commuting distance from our Amsterdam office

  • Fluency in English and Dutch
