What you’ll do

As Accounts Payable specialist, you will be a part of our Finance Operations team, which is located at our Breda HQ and comprises over 15 people, including Accounting, Accounts Payable, Credit Control, and Billing departments.

The Accounts Payable team is made up of you, two direct colleagues, and your team leader. Apart from your colleagues within the Finance Operations team, you will also collaborate closely with the Procurement and Treasury teams. Next to that, you will collaborate regularly with our global colleagues and suppliers, catering to over 15 countries and regions.

You and the team will be responsible for the complete invoice to payment process, timely and precise. In detail this means:

• Processing of cost invoices in our digital invoicing system Proquro;
• Prepare payment runs for payments to our worldwide suppliers;
• Reconciling payments in our financial management system by Unit4;
• Assist in financial month end closing, i.e. inter-company bookings, general ledger balancing, etc.;
• Contribute to the optimization of work processes in the department;
• Processing questions of suppliers via email;

What we’re looking for

• MBO+ in Finance with additional personal or professional development;
• 3+ years’ work experience in Accounts Payable;
• Energetic, proactive and a hands-on approach;
• Efficient with an eye for detail and precision
• Great social and communication skills, in Dutch and English.
