This role is the primary outbound hunter position in the team. You will play a key role in building pipeline, winning new customers and helping expand CM.com’s presence across the Nordics.
What you will do
As an Account Executive for the Nordic region, you will drive CM.com’s growth across our Software and CPaaS portfolio. This is a strategic, high‑impact role that ensures continued momentum in a lean and ambitious regional team.
In this full sales cycle role, you will identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities across all Nordic markets. Your strong outbound mindset and technical curiosity will enable you to generate pipeline, deliver compelling demos, assist in solution scoping, and provide hands‑on pre‑sales support.
You will be essential in winning new logos, shortening sales cycles, and increasing win rates, particularly in complex, consultative deals where technical credibility is crucial.
Working within the CM.com Sales Methodology, you will educate, qualify, and develop new target accounts. You’ll have the freedom and ownership to demonstrate your entrepreneurial approach while creating sales‑ready opportunities for solutions such as our Omnichannel Messaging Platform, Marketing & Service Cloud, and our Agentic AI platform HALO: all designed to power best‑in‑class customer experiences.
In your first 12 months, you will:
Generate and qualify leads for solutions including SMS, Omnichannel Messaging, AI‑driven marketing and service flows, and our broader cloud portfolio.
Research prospects and engage with potential clients through personalized emails, social channels, tailored messaging, and direct outreach to uncover their most critical business challenges.
Leverage tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism , and modern AI‑powered prospecting tools to maximize outreach efficiency.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Executives, and cross‑functional teams to refine targeting strategies and accelerate deal cycles.
Work closely with our Nordic Lead, Marketing Manager, and global product specialists.
Improve and scale processes using AI, automation, and smart tooling.
Make fast decisions, test new ideas, and learn from experimentation.
That’s why you ideally have
Passion for sales and technology
Proven commercial experience in the SaaS, or IT services industries (this is a non-negotiable requirement).
A track record of success in selling solutions to midt to large enterprises.
Great social and convincing skills.
You are extremely curious, eager to learn and enjoy actively listening to your conversation partner.
Fluency in English
Proficiency in another Nordic Country language, preferably, Danish, Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian is required
And you are located within travel distance of our Copenhagen Office (In the heart of the city center).
