Now, we’re looking for a Content Marketer to join the Engage Marketing Team and help us shape the future of AI-powered communication.

What you will do

As a Content Marketer, you’ll be a key player in the Demand Generation Engage Team, the squad behind all software and AI marketing at CM.com. Think of our Customer Engagement Platform, our software suite for marketing and sales, and HALO: our freshly released Agentic AI platform. You’ll be part of a team that consists of a growth marketer, a product marketer, and a marketing lead. In your role, you’ll be closely collaborating with our creative team, performance team, international marketers all over the world, and of course, product experts of the Engage business unit.

Your mission? To craft and execute a multi-channel content strategy that positions CM.com as a leader in conversational commerce and AI innovation. You’ll focus on creating compelling content that educates, inspires, and drives engagement with our audience across the globe.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Shape the Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our goals and connects with our audience.

  • Create with Purpose: Craft engaging content – blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and social posts – that beautifully showcases the value of our solutions in different stages of the buying journey.

  • Collaborate Thoughtfully: Work closely with teams across Sales, Product, and International Marketing to ensure every piece of content is impactful and aligned with our vision.

  • Stay Organized: Manage a well-structured content calendar to ensure timely delivery across all channels.

  • Support Global Teams: Contribute to the creation of international playbooks, empowering local teams to share our story in a way that resonates.

  • External Collaboration: Make sure that our platform is also visible on external channels and media.

  • Analyze and Improve: Keep an eye on content performance metrics, using insights to refine and elevate our approach.

Additionally, you ideally have

  • A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing or Sales

  • Multiple years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector

  • A genuine interest in AI and technology, with the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible content

  • Exceptional ability to create clear, engaging, and persuasive multi-channel content strategies

  • The ability to work from our HQ in Breda and our office in Tilburg

  • Fluency in English, Dutch would be a plus
