To help us achieve this mission we are looking for an energetic Implementation Specialist.

The position

As an Implementation Specialist at CM.com, your main responsibility is to be the expert on our Engage(SaaS) product portfolio. You will work closely with clients from various industries to understand their specific business needs and goals and to determine how CM.com's tools can help them succeed. Your role involves implementing one or more solutions to achieve these goals while managing the client’s project experience. You will communicate with clients through online and offline meetings, email, and phone calls. Additionally, you will provide training, conduct on-site brainstorming sessions, and assist with the implementation and roll-out of all Engage products like the Mobile Service Cloud, AI Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

As the primary point of contact for our clients, you are expected to engage with them in a personal and commercial manner. Implementations range from 1 week to 3 months. You should be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, each with its own unique requirements.

What you offer

• 3+ years of working experience in a fast-paced Software/IT company;
• A natural interest and affinity in technology;
• Relevant experience in project management, preferably in a SaaS company;
• Relevant experience in presenting and/or giving presentations;
• Knowledge of Json or JavaScript is a plus;
• Fluent in English and Dutch;
• Located within travel distance from our HQ in Breda.
