What you will do

CM.com Connect offers a multichannel communication platform (CPaaS) that allows over 4000 Dutch clients to communicate across various channels with their customers effectively. This includes SMS, WhatsApp for Business, Voice, Email, RCS, Apple Messages for Business, and social media messaging channels.

The account manager will focus on providing exceptional client services to enterprise clients in the Dutch market, specifically in the following sectors: Tech & Media, Logistics, Telco & Utility, Finance, and Government. The sales team in Connect consists of approximately 10 colleagues in various sales roles, all working together to acquire new business opportunities and maintain and expand our existing client base.

In this role, the account manager will directly interact with the main stakeholders in client organizations, such as (C-level) Technology, Security, or Marketing managers. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying commercial opportunities for CM.com beyond your specific domain (Connect). This could include our product offerings related to customer contact software, payment solutions, or ticketing.

This position reports directly to Sven van Gurp, the Sales Manager.

Additionally, you ideally have:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Indystry experience in IT, Telecom, or SaaS is a hard requirement
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or key account management, preferably in corporate environments
  • Experience in a sales-driven organization with commercial targets
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions in complex environments
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
