Now, we’re looking for an AI Specialist to assist our amazing clients and further improve our Engage products!

What you will do

We are building the ultimate Global AI-Powered Customer Engagement Platform that lets businesses connect with customers, automate work, and handle every interaction through one reliable, user-friendly platform. That is our mission for 2026.

As an AI Specialist, you are the technical expert who transforms cutting-edge AI concepts into real-world solutions for businesses. You live and breathe AI innovation, diving deep into GenAI, Agentic AI, RAGs, LLMs, MAS, Agent Building, and client-specific neural networks. Your curiosity drives you to explore every detail, and your expertise ensures that our AI solutions, Inspire and Halo, are implemented with precision and tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on the technical side of AI but also enjoys working closely with clients to guide them through their transformation journey. You’ll ask the questions they haven’t thought of yet, uncovering opportunities to optimize processes and elevate their operations. Your ability to combine technical depth with consultancy skills will make you an indispensable partner in helping businesses unlock the full potential of AI.

In your first 12 months, you will:

  • Be the go-to AI expert for clients
    You’ll act as the trusted advisor who understands the technical intricacies of AI and translates them into actionable strategies. Whether it’s designing custom neural networks or optimizing workflows with AI-powered automation, you’ll ensure clients achieve measurable results.

  • Master our flagship AI products
    You’ll become an expert in Inspire, our AI-powered personalization engine, and Halo, our advanced Agentic AI platform. Your deep understanding of these tools will allow you to implement them seamlessly and adapt them to the specific needs of each client.

  • Dive deep into technical challenges
    You’ll explore complex problems, from building multi-agent systems to refining large language models, and develop innovative solutions that push the boundaries of what AI can achieve. Your technical curiosity and problem-solving skills will be key to delivering impactful results.

  • Collaborate with the Product team
    Working closely with our in-house Product team, you’ll ensure our AI solutions remain future-proof and aligned with client needs. Your feedback and insights will directly shape the evolution of our products, keeping them at the forefront of AI innovation.

  • Drive transformation with precision
    You’ll guide clients through their AI journey, ensuring every step—from strategy to implementation—is executed with care and technical excellence. Your ability to ask the right questions and anticipate challenges will ensure our solutions deliver lasting impact.

  • Stay ahead of the curve
    AI is evolving rapidly, and you’ll be at the forefront of emerging trends and technologies. Whether it’s experimenting with new architectures or exploring the latest advancements in generative AI, you’ll continuously expand your expertise to keep our solutions cutting-edge.

Your success in this role will be defined by the impact you create. You’ll help businesses transform their operations, automate processes, and elevate customer experiences through advanced AI solutions. That’s why you ideally have

  • A Master’s degree in Econometrics, Business Analytics and Operations Research, AI, Data Science, or a related field

  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience in applying AI concepts in practical situations

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex problems

  • Data skills: experience with SQL, query capabilities, and interpreting results through dashboarding

  • Fluency in English and Dutch

  • Data Science knowledge: understanding of Generative AI (GenAI), Consumer AI and Agentic AI
