Now, we’re looking for an AI Specialist to assist our amazing clients and further improve our Engage products.
What you will do
As an AI Specialist at CM.com, you’ll take on a key role in helping businesses unlock the full potential of our advanced AI solutions. This is not just a technical role—it’s a strategic position where your expertise and experience will directly impact our clients’ success. You’ll focus on building strong relationships with clients, guiding them in integrating AI into their operations, and ensuring our solutions deliver measurable value.
You’ll primarily work with two of our flagship AI products:
Inspire: Our AI-powered personalization engine that helps businesses elevate customer engagement through tailored experiences, such as personal recommendations and predictive reactivation campaigns.
Halo: Our advanced Agentic AI platform that goes beyond traditional query-based systems, offering proactive, future-ready support to transform tasks and business processes.
In this role, you’ll combine technical expertise with strategic customer interaction. You’ll educate and advise clients on how to effectively use our AI products, set realistic expectations, and tailor solutions to meet their unique needs. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of AI, as well as the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for clients.
You’ll also collaborate closely with our product development team to refine and enhance our AI solutions, ensuring they align with market needs and client feedback. Additionally, you’ll analyze challenges and opportunities related to AI implementations, offering creative and practical solutions that drive results.
This is a hands-on, dynamic role that goes beyond desk work. You’ll regularly visit clients on-site, in addition to working from our offices in Tilburg, Breda, and Amsterdam. By combining your technical expertise with your ability to build strong client relationships, you’ll play a pivotal role in laying the foundation for long-term partnerships and driving the growth of CM.com’s AI solutions.

Additionally, you ideally have
A Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, or a related field
Demonstrable knowledge and experience in applying AI concepts in practical situations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex problems
Data skills: experience with SQL, query capabilities, and interpreting results through dashboarding
Fluent in English and Dutch
Data Science knowledge: understanding of Generative AI (GenAI), Consumer AI and Agentic AI
