Now, we’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join the Conversational Router development team!

What you will do 

The Conversational Router product is a critical software solution within CM.com’s customer engagement platform. It acts as the backbone of communication, seamlessly connecting end-users to CM.com’s various applications via multiple channels like chat. The Router interacts with key applications such as Web Conversations, Conversational AI Cloud, HALO, and Mobile Service Cloud. As CM.com grows, there are exciting opportunities to optimize the Router by centralizing functionalities currently spread across different applications, making it a highly technical and strategically important product.

As a Senior Developer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of the Router product within a team of 4 colleagues based in Breda. You’ll take ownership of complex technical challenges, such as enhancing the product’s architecture, implementing advanced optimizations, and solving issues related to streaming, data anonymization, and Named Entity Recognition. You’ll also lead efforts to centralize functionalities, ensuring the Router operates efficiently and scales to meet the demands of CM.com’s growing platform. In addition to hands-on development, we find it important that you value collaboration with team members, provide technical guidance, and contribute to strategic decisions that drive the product forward.

Additionally, you ideally have

  • At least 5+ years of experience with C#, .NET, and Google Cloud. You have a passion for writing clean, maintainable code and are eager to learn modern development practices.

  • A proactive attitude towards working on complex solutions. You enjoy technical challenges and thrive on solving intricate problems.

  • A self-starting mindset, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to collaborate effectively with direct colleagues.

  • You enjoy being part of a relatively small and close-knit team.

  • You are fluent in English and live near our headquarters in Breda.
