What you will do 

You will be joining the Inspire team, which currently comprises 3 developers, 2 data scientists, and 1 product owner. Our team is responsible for developing the AI Personalization Engine, a key component of our Mobile Marketing Cloud (MMC), that aims to boost customer satisfaction and drive sales through precise, personalized marketing campaigns. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate closely with developers and data scientists to enhance and scale the AI Personalization Engine. 

• Contribute to designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code. 

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Additionally, you ideally have: 

• 3+ years of experience as a backend developer. 

• Hands-on DevOps experience, including CI/CD pipelines, GitOps and Infrastructure as Code practices. 

• (Preferred) Experience with Java, Azure, or Terraform. 

• Genuine interest in AI technologies and their application. 

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. 

• Willingness to work in the office (locations: Tilburg, Amsterdam, or Breda).
