What you will do 

As a C# Developer in the Mobile Service Cloud team, you’ll help shape the future of multichannel customer engagement tools used by leading brands like Auping, Fleurop, Revolution Beauty, AS Watson, Yoursurprise, and more. Mobile Service Cloud is a powerful, cloud-native contact center platform that brings together communication channels like E-mail, Phone, Live Chat, Contact Forms, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger into one seamless experience.

You’ll work with the latest in .NET and Azure technologies, contributing to the ongoing transformation toward a microservices architecture and the adoption of serverless solutions for speed and scalability. You’ll collaborate closely with You’ll collaborate closely with full stack developers, QA engineer, Designer and product owner to deliver robust and high-performing services.

What makes this team unique is the scale and impact of the platform — enabling real-time, multichannel communication for thousands of customer service agents who rely on it all day long. To support both internal efficiency and external customer interactions, we leverage Halo: our AI-powered engine that combines Large Language Models (LLMs) with traditional NLP to drive smart automation across the platform. From intelligent routing to context-aware suggestions, Halo helps streamline operations and elevate the customer experience.

Additionally, you ideally have:

  • Backend Development & Code Quality:
    3+ years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET, Entity Framework, and SQL. You write clean, maintainable code and apply modern development practices to ensure long-term quality and performance.

  • Frontend Awareness:
    Frontend Awareness: While your strength lies in backend development, you’re comfortable working with frontend technologies like Vue or jQuery when needed.

  • Cloud-Native Thinking:
    Proficient with Microsoft Azure services and comfortable operating in a cloud-first environment. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices is a strong plus. You understand the benefits of infrastructure as code (IaC) and have experience using Bicep to manage cloud resources.

  • Team Collaboration & Communication:
    You bring a proactive, flexible mindset to cross-functional teamwork. You’re skilled at navigating change, aligning with shared goals, and communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Craftsmanship & Best Practices:
    You care deeply about code quality, maintainability, and performance. You advocate for best practices like testing, clean architecture, and continuous improvement in your daily work.

  • Growth & Learning:
    Whether through formal education (e.g., a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field) or hands-on experience, your passion for technology drives continuous learning and skill development.

  • Language & Location:
    Fluent in English, both spoken and written. You’re based near Arnhem or open to commuting, allowing you to actively participate in team collaboration and on-site initiatives.
