What you will do

You will work in a team of 5 senior developers with a focus on PHP back-end development in the Ticketing domain. Selling Tickets is one of the roots of CM.com and in this product we focus on Museums and Parks across the Netherlands. Our ambition is to grow more internationally, different countries, different currencies and therefore other challenges in scalability, security and infra. Current clients are: Van Gogh Museum, Moco, Paleis 't Loo, Toverland, Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix.

You will mainly work on back-end development in PHP 8, combined with some DevOps work in Google Cloud (Server management). This is an agile team, following SCRUM principles but does not follow the SCRUM rules 100%. The ticketing business can be volatile and therefore priorities can switch during the weeks. The variety of switching between departments, triaging bugs and investigating new solutions for problems is valued by the team.

Job requirements

You connect with us, if you

  • Bachelor level of working and thinking;
  • Minimum 4+ years of PHP experience. Symphony framework and Google Cloud knowledge is a plus
  • Fluent in English as this is the main language; Dutch is a plus
  • We like to work from the office, so living on travel distance from Rembrandt Park is a must.
