Now, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Sales Team in the DACH Region.

What you will do

We are building the ultimate Global AI-Powered Customer Engagement Platform that lets businesses connect with customers, automate work, and handle every interaction through one reliable, user-friendly platform. That is our mission for 2026.

As a Sales Development Representative, your main responsibility is to drive outbound lead generation for our Engage & Live products, ranging from AI Solutions to Ticketing for the events business. This role is crucial for our commercial organization to meet our ambitious new business growth targets.


This position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for individuals aspiring to build a career in software sales. It serves as an excellent first or second step in your commercial career, allowing you to work according to the CM.com Sales Methodology and play a key role in educating, qualifying, and developing new target accounts.

You will have the autonomy to demonstrate your entrepreneurial skills and create sales-ready leads and opportunities for innovating products in the field of customer engagement.

An exciting aspect of this role is the close collaboration with the marketing team on one end and experienced sales colleagues in the commercial be on the other. After engaging with prospects, you will be responsible for scheduling follow-up meetings with the account executive you closely collaborate with.

In addition to this, you will:

You have the freedom to show your entrepreneurship and gain the confidence to work independently.

In your first 12 months, you will:

  • Learn everything about customer engagement technology and AI.

  • Visit the Breda Headquarters for a 3 day onboarding program and meet with people from all over the world at CM.com

  • Generate highly qualified sales leads for our Engage & Live sales teams trough outbound dials, sending personalized emails and videos, demonstrating social selling and be visible on important key events within the industry;

  • Research and generate prospective customers to identify how CM.com can provide value;

  • Get used to Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales navigator, to systematically achieve your goals and perform one step better every day;

  • Be able to Identify key decision makers and find out the budget when you are talking to potential customers;

  • Improve processes using AI, automation and smart tooling

  • Make decisions fast, test ideas, and learn from what doesn’t work

  • Help shape how this role will look a year from now

  • Success is measured by impact, not by perfect plans.

That’s why you ideally have

  • A Bachelors or a Masters degree;

  • A desire to pursue a career in (Software) sales, or your’e looking to make that first career switch;

  • Great communication and convincing skills;

  • A curious and eager mindset, able to start and lead conversations;

  • View "No" as just the beginning, and use creativity to achieve goals;

  • Full proficiency in German and English.
