Now, we’re looking for an Account Executive with multiple years of SaaS sales experience to join our Italian commercial team! This is a revenue-focused role with real autonomy and impact. We’re looking for a dedicated sales professional with a proved track record in B2B sales and a passion for driving growth and AI.
What you will do
We are building the ultimate Global AI-Powered Customer Engagement Platform that lets businesses connect with customers, automate work, and handle every interaction through one reliable, user-friendly platform. That is our mission for 2026.
You will own the full sales cycle - from prospecting through close - helping Italian businesses unlock value with CM.com’s platform.
In your first 12 months, you will:
Build, qualify, and close new business opportunities, owning revenue attainment and contributing to forecast accuracy.
Take ownership of the entire sales cycle – outbound prospection, lead discovery, tailor solution positioning, deliver compelling demos, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals. Managing the entire sales cycle from the first conversation to the final handshake: you’ll play a key role in driving CM.com’s growth. At least ¼ of your pipeline should come from your outbound prospection and connections.
Work closely with your colleagues in Italy and from all over the world: Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, Marketing, Account Management, Customer Success, and Product to accelerate pipeline and improve conversion.
Make decisions fast, test ideas, and learn from what doesn’t work. You’ll have the freedom and ownership to experiment with new approaches, adapt quickly, and continuously improve your strategies. You’ll craft and execute strategic prospecting plans tailored to your Target Account Lists and key industries. You’ll test new approaches, learn from the outcomes, and continuously refine your strategies to maximize impact. You will have the maximum autonomy and responsibility: you are the owner of the final output.
Help shape how this role will look a year from now. This is a dynamic role where you’ll have the opportunity to rethink workflows, explore new technologies, and contribute to the evolution of CM.com’s sales strategy.
Success is measured by impact, not by perfect plans. Your contributions will directly impact CM.com’s ability to grow, helping businesses communicate effectively and elevate their customer engagement.
That’s why you ideally have
A bachelor’s or master’s degree.
A few years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a SaaS, AI, or tech-driven environment with a consultative approach.
Strong hunter mentality, comfortable owning the full sales process.
Skilled at consultative selling with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluency in Italian and English.

For this position, we can only consider candidates who already hold a permanent work and residence permit for Italy.
