What you will do 

As a Customer Success Manager in our Engage team, you’ll play a key role in helping our customers succeed with innovative solutions, for example the Mobile Marketing Cloud, Mobile Service Cloud, Inspire, Halo, and Conversational AI Cloud. You’ll be the go-to person for a portfolio of Dutch customers, primarily small and mid-sized brands. You’ll ensure they feel supported, valued, and empowered to get the most out of our products.

 

Your role is diverse and impactful, combining customer support, relationship building, and commercial growth. You’ll guide customers in unlocking the full potential of our Engage solutions, helping them achieve their goals while identifying opportunities to expand their usage and grow their accounts. Whether it’s answering product-related questions, following up on contracts, or spotting upsell opportunities, you’ll focus on creating meaningful connections and driving long-term success.

 

We’ll encourage you to take ownership of your portfolio, treating it as if it were your own business. This means proactively addressing customer needs, spotting risks, and unlocking growth potential. You’ll also keep an eye on key metrics like customer satisfaction, product usage, and account profitability to measure your impact and continuously improve.

Additionally, you ideally have

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Economics, Sales, Marketing or a closely related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in commercial and strategic thinking

  • Strong interest in customer success, account management, or a related role in the SaaS industry

  • Exceptional communication skills, you are a strong networker, and you have great relationship-building capabilities

  • A commercial mindset: you’re able to identify opportunities for portfolio expansion

  • Availability of 32 to 40 hours per week

  • Fluency in English and Dutch

  • Place of residence within reasonable commuting distance of our HQ office in Breda
