Now, we’re looking for a Tax Intern to join the Tax team!

What you will do

As a Tax Intern, you will support the day-to-day work of the Tax team and contribute to projects with direct business impact. You will combine technical tax learning with practical execution.

In this internship, you will:

• Together with experienced tax professionals, take ownership of core tax responsibilities, including complex international both direct and indirect tax analysis including corporate income tax, value added tax and withholding tax.

• Work closely with key stakeholders across Finance, Legal, HR Payroll, and Reporting to deliver accurate and timely tax outcomes.

• Improve tax processes using AI, automation, and smart tooling to increase efficiency, quality, and transparency.

• Make decisions quickly, test practical improvements, and learn fast from what does not work in day-to-day tax operations.

• Contribute your fresh perspective on how the Tax function and this role can be improved, and gain insight into how it may evolve.

Success is measured by your impact: continuous improvement rather than perfect plans.

That’s why you ideally have

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tax Economics or Tax Law, or a related field with clear tax affinity.

• You are available for 24-32 hours per week (3-4 days).

• You are accurate, analytical, and comfortable taking ownership

• You communicate clearly in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.

• You are interested in AI and automation and eager to apply them to tax processes.

• Available for a minimum 3-month internship starting September 2026; alternative start dates can be discussed.
