To achieve this mission, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to strengthen our Global Digital Marketing Activities.


What you will do

  • You will become part of the Digital Performance Team. Our team provides, advises and supports Business Units and local markets with their digital marketing strategy including Organic, Paid, Website and Marketing Automation. We transform data into actionable insights to support the company’s decision making. Our goal is to guide and support all colleagues to get the most out of the marketing activities whilst proactively helping them in the execution of their plans and strategy.
  • Together with the team you manage the marketing technology stack, ensuring it's future-proof and scalable. You're data-savvy and up to date with the latest Marketing Tech trends and technologies. Plus, you ensure our websites, events and campaigns are effectively tracked, but are also compliant with privacy laws, allowing CM.com to swiftly adapt to changes.
  • In this role, you will focus on companywide projects and develop scalable solutions. You are responsible for advising, implementing, managing, and optimizing tools and flows, providing technical support to colleagues. You will work together with marketing/sales professionals, but also with PO’s and developers to optimize our own tooling.

Job requirements

You connect with us, if you:

  • Have a minimum of 3-4 years of recent experience in a Marketing Automation role, preferably within a marketing agency or a B2B/SaaS environment.
  • Are an expert in the Google Marketing Platform (GA4, Google Tag Manager etc.).
  • Have experience with datalayers, APIs, Javascript & HTML/CSS.
  • Have experience in working with various CDP’s and Marketing Automation tooling (Hubspot, Marketo etc.). Knowledge of Salesforce and Zapier is a big advantage.
  • Are fluent in English since you will have daily contact with our international colleagues.
  • Have a performance-driven mindset with a desire to achieve the best results.
  • Have an eagerness to learn and develop yourself.
  • Are tech-savvy, determined, problem-solving, communicative, and organized.
  • Are available to work from our Breda office to connect with your colleagues.
