To help us achieve this mission we are looking for an energetic Partner Development Representative for our PAY business unit.


What you’ll do
As a CM.com Partner Development Representative, you will support new and existing partner sales for our PAY Commerce team. This is a key role for our commercial organization to achieve new business growth ambitions with CM.com partners for Small & Midsize Enterprise (SME) in hospitality, retail and other selected verticals.
You also play a key role in supporting partners and their customers during the onboarding process and assume full responsibility for the signing and onboarding of SME accounts.


In addition to this, we see that this role serves as an additional commercial resource that will collaborate closely with our marketing, Development, partner and account management teams.

In addition to this, you will:

  • Research and generate prospective partners to identify how CM.com can provide value and qualify leads through outbound dials, sending personalized emails and videos, demonstrating social selling and be visible on important key events within the industry;
  • Become an expert in CM PAY products, with focus on In-Person Payments solutions ranging from smart terminals, SoftPOS, and Omnichannel payment services;
  • Use Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other Sales tools to systematically achieve your goals and perform one step better every day;
  • Identifying key decision makers and find out the budget when you are talking to potential customers;
  • Collaborate with the Pay marketing team to generate excitement among partners for the CM.com proposition.

Job requirements

You connect with us, if you have:

  • A minimum bachelor’s degree;
  • 0-4 years of experience;
  • Your communication skills are above market standards;
  • Great social and convincing skills;
  • “No” is just the beginning, and with your creativity, you strive to achieve your goals;
  • You are extremely curious, eager to learn and enjoy actively listening to your conversation partner;
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
