To help us achieve this mission we are looking for an energetic Sales Development Representative to develop and grow our German markets.



What you will do

As a Sales Development Representative, your main responsibility is to drive outbound lead generation for our Sales team. This role is crucial for our commercial organization to meet our ambitious new business growth targets in specific industries within the Enterprise Market.


This position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for individuals aspiring to build a career in software sales. It serves as an excellent first or second step in your commercial career, allowing you to work according to the CM.com Sales Methodology and play a key role in educating, qualifying, and developing new target accounts.

You will have the autonomy to demonstrate your entrepreneurial skills and create sales-ready leads and opportunities for products such as SMS, WhatsApp, Apple Business Chat, Google RCS, and more. An exciting aspect of this role is the close collaboration with the marketing team on one end and experienced Sales Executives on the other. After engaging with prospects, you will be responsible for scheduling follow-up meetings with the account executive you closely collaborate with.

In addition to this, you will:

  • Generate highly qualified sales leads for our Connectivity Platform (SMS, Business Messaging API for our Rich Channels like WhatsApp and RCS, Voice, One-Time Password);
  • Research and generate prospective customers to identify how CM.com can provide value and qualify leads through outbound dials, sending personalized emails and videos, demonstrating social selling and be visible on important key events within the industry;
  • Become an expert in platforms like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales navigator, to systematically achieve your goals and perform one step better every day;
  • Identifying key decision makers and find out the budget when you are talking to potential customers;
  • Work towards key local and international events with your Outreach campaigns;
  • Ensure that our CRM is always up to date.

You have the freedom to show your entrepreneurship and gain the confidence to work independently.

Job requirements

You connect with us, if you have:

  • A Bachelors or a Masters degree;
  • A desire to pursue a career in (Software) sales;
  • Great communication and convincing skills;
  • A curious and eager mindset, able to start and lead conversations;
  • View "No" as just the beginning, and use creativity to achieve goals;
  • Full proficiency in German and English.

  • Located within reasonable commuting distance from our Breda or Volkach office
