As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive outbound lead generation for our Sales team in The Nordics.

What you’ll do
As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive outbound lead generation for our Sales team. This is a key role for our commercial organization to achieve our substantial new business growth ambitions for specific Industries in the Enterprise Market.

We believe that if you aspire to grow in the sales profession, this role is challenging and enriching, serving as an excellent first or second step in your commercial career. 

By working according to the Sales Methodology, you will be responsible for educating, qualifying and developing new target accounts.

You will have the freedom to show your entrepreneurship and create sales-ready leads and opportunities for products such as SMS, Customer Engagement Platform, Omnichannel Communication Channels, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, AI Cloud.

The exciting aspect of this role lies in the close collaboration with the marketing team on one end and experienced Sales Executives on the other.
After personally engaging with prospects, you’re scheduling a follow-up meeting with the account executive you closely collaborate with.

From a Sales perspective, we approach our strategy with a Customer-Centric approach. This means engaging with companies on topics such as:
* How to communicate in an accessible manner with your end customers through mobile channels?
* How to enhance conversions within your target audience?
* How to ensure secure logins to your app or platform, and more.

In addition to this, you will:

Your primary objective is to generate highly qualified sales leads for our Connectivity Platform (SMS Customer Engagement Platform, Omnichannel Communication Channels, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, AI Cloud);

  • Research and generate prospective customers to identify how can provide value and qualify leads through outbound dials, sending personalized emails and videos, demonstrating social selling and be visible on important key events within the industry.
  • Become an expert in platforms like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales navigator, to systematically achieve your goals and perform one step better every day.
  • Identifying key decision makers and find out the budget when you are talking to potential customers.
  • Work towards key local and international events with your Outreach campaigns.
  • Ensure that our CRM is always up to date

Job requirements

You connect with us if you have: 

  • 0-4 years of experience. 
  • Your communication skills are above market standards. 
  • Great social and convincing skills. 
  • “No” is just the beginning, and with your creativity, you strive to achieve your goals. 
  • You are extremely curious, eager to learn and enjoy actively listening to your conversation partner. 
  • Located within travel distance of our Copenhagen Office (In the heart of the city center). 
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in another Nordic Country language, preferably, Danish, Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian is required.
