To achieve this mission, we are looking for an Account Executive Live to develop our business in the France market further. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling our innovative ticketing and POS software solutions to museums, experiences, and theme parks. Through your expertise, you will help clients optimize their processes, allowing them to provide their visitors with a seamless and memorable experience.


What you will do

  • Develop and implement prospecting strategies based on your Target Account Lists. Leverage our CRM (Salesforce) and keep it updated, so it can effectively guide you throughout the process;
  • Identifying New Opportunities: Proactively search for and uncover new business opportunities and markets by leveraging market research and understanding customer needs;
  • Actively engage and contribute in CM.com market analysis, product proposition and sales strategies;
  • Collaborate closely with a wide variety of internal and external teams to ensure client satisfaction;
  • Continuously look for new industry trends and spot business opportunities.

Job requirements

You connect with us, if you have

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in preferably a commercial direction;
  • 5+ Commercial experience, preferably in the SaaS industry and Cloud solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, you are a tactical thinker with a long-term focus;
  • Experience in online ticketing software or POS systems is a huge plus;
  • Proven track record in sales / account management achievements;
  • You have an affinity with the cultural sector and a network within the museums and attractions market is strongly preferred;
  • We like to work from the office, so living within travel distance from Paris is a must.

Next to that, you:

  • Are an excellent communicator fluent in both French and English;
  • Have outstanding listening and stakeholder management skills;
  • Understand what it takes to work in a fast-changing and demanding organization;
  • Value and nurture long-term relationships;
  • Are eager to learn everything about ticketing, innovative SaaS products, and the Museum & Parcs industry.
