To achieve this mission, we are looking for a Product Owner to join our Live business unit. You will work with a strong senior team focusing on the growth of our platform specializing in ticket sales services to Museums & Parks.


As part of the Museums & Parks team, you will work alongside four developers and a lead developer, reporting directly to the Head of Product. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the development team, as well as with our sales and client teams. Our vision is to expand our client base across Europe, and we are eager to further enhance our Global Ticketing platform by adding new features and services. You will play a key role in driving this exciting journey forward!

We have already created an amazing platform for clients like the Heineken Experience, the Van Gogh Museum, Toverland, and many other fantastic customers!


What You Will Do

As the Product Owner for the Museums & Parks team, your main focus will be on the technical aspects of our Global Tickets platform. You will ensure that these products are effectively communicated to and understood by our (inter)national sales and client teams. You will also support commercial initiatives and play a significant role in the global expansion of our products. This position offers the potential for growth into a more advanced Product Owner role as our product portfolio, team, and client base continue to expand.


You will be a key player in a dynamic team dedicated to transforming the ticketing experience. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute product vision: Craft a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Engage with customers to understand their challenges and translate these into valuable product features.
  • Manage the product backlog: Prioritize tasks to ensure our development team is focused on the most impactful work.
  • Lead agile processes: Guide the team through agile methodologies, conducting stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Drive innovation: Stay on top of market trends and emerging technologies to keep our product ahead of the competition.

Job requirements

You connect with us if you:

  • Have an academic level of reasoning;
  • Are fluent in English and Dutch;
  • Located within a reasonable commuting distance to our office in Amsterdam;
  • Have multiple years of experience as a Product Owner; ideally in a tech or software company;
  • Have a passion for technology and innovation: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are always looking for ways to improve and innovate;
  • Have strong communication skills, are results-driven, possess analytical skills and are a team player!
