What you will do
- As Product Owner of the Voice team, you work with the development teams responsible for the Voice Product that is used by our customers worldwide
- You create the product roadmap and manage the product backlog. To deliver the best value, you ensure you understand the market needs and customers’ problems and translate this into a clear product strategy. You ensure your team is working on the items that matter the most.
- You collaborate with Product Owners, Sales & Marketing, Support, Legal and others in a global setting.
- You focus on the products that are enabled by Voice. This includes SIP Trunking, Voice APIs (i.e. Voice OTPs or Notifications) Voice Flows and even Voice Bots. Voice is used by many of our clients across industries and around the globe. You ensure that they can rely on a globally redundant platform through continuous development and new points of presence and connectivity.
- You understand that the voice services that we deliver to customers are an essential part of their business operations. You play a pivotal role in the global expansion of the product as well as new commercial activities. You enjoy working in an international setting and are willing to travel to customers, events or one of our global offices.
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic team that strikes a challenging balance between scaling up proven technology. But you are not afraid to take on new innovative projects in the domain of Voice: for example the integration of AI into our Voice Services.

For this role, you ideally have
- Experience working as a Product Owner. We expect you to hit the ground running, so you need to be comfortable acting as a Product Owner as of day 1.
- It would be great if you have experience in the Voice domain. If you don’t have experience, don’t worry – our team of technical experts can get you up to speed in no time. A willingness to learn and some affinity with the domain is helpful.
- You operate in a global environment. You are comfortable in English. We are scaling out globally (APAC and US mainly), which means that you have the flexibility to work with people in different time zones.
- You don’t have stage-fright. We expect you to be able to present your work during internal meetings, at external events, or represent the company in customer meetings.
- You will be working from our HQ (Breda) most of the time. You understand that part of your role is to meet with customers and prospects, so you can travel occasionally (max 10%).
