To help us achieve this mission we are looking for an energetic Sales Development Representative to join the sales force in our Connect department.

What you will do

As a CM.com Sales Development Representative, your main responsibility will be to drive outbound lead generation for our Sales team. This is a crucial role within our commercial organization, as it will greatly contribute to achieving our ambitious new business growth goals for specific industries in the Enterprise Market.


If you are seeking to advance in the sales profession, this role offers significant challenges and growth opportunities, making it an excellent first or second step in your commercial career. Following the CM.com Sales Methodology, you will play a key role in educating, qualifying, and developing new target accounts.


You will have the freedom to demonstrate your entrepreneurship by creating sales-ready leads and opportunities for products such as SMS, WhatsApp, Apple Business Chat, Google RCS, and more. An exciting aspect of this role is the close collaboration with the marketing team on one end and experienced Sales Executives on the other. After personally engaging with prospects, you will be responsible for scheduling follow-up meetings with the account executive you closely collaborate with.


From a sales perspective, our strategy is to adopt a Customer-Centric approach. This involves engaging with companies on topics such as:

  • How to effectively communicate with your end customers through mobile channels in an accessible manner?
  • How to improve conversions within your target audience?
  • How to ensure secure logins to your app or platform, and more.

Job requirements

You connect with us, if you:

  • Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree;
  • Have a strong interest in embarking on a sales career adventure;
  • Are above market standards communication and convincing skills;
  • Have strong curiosity and eagerness to learn;
  • Are fluent in French and English.
