We are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative focused on our SaaS & CPaaS Platforms to join our office in Paris, France.
What you will do
We are building the ultimate Global AI-Powered Customer Engagement Platform that lets businesses connect with customers, automate work, and handle every interaction through one reliable, user-friendly platform. That is our mission for 2026.
In your first 12 months, you will:
Take ownership of understanding CM.com’s SaaS and CPaaS products
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the French market, you’ll focus on AI Customer Engagement solutions and messaging products. You’ll become an expert in CM.com’s innovative offerings, including Marketing Cloud, Customer Service Cloud, the Agentic AI solution HALO, conversational AI technologies, and multichannel communication platforms. By engaging with leads and prospects, you’ll create a strong pipeline of opportunities that drives the success of the sales team.
Your responsibilities include:
Market Exploration: Research and analyze the French market to identify opportunities in customer engagement and messaging solutions.
Pipeline Building: Develop leads, nurture prospects, and build a robust sales pipeline for the team.
Trusted Advisor: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and position CM.com’s solutions as the answer to their challenges.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to achieve shared goals in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Collaborate with the French Sales Team and cross-functional colleagues
You’ll work alongside a talented and ambitious team, including Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Tech Consultants, and Marketing professionals, to drive opportunities and close deals. You’ll have a buddy to guide you through your journey, ensuring you learn, grow, and succeed in your role. Whether your goal is to become an Account Executive or explore other career paths, this role is designed to help you develop the skills and expertise needed to thrive.
Leverage AI, automation, and smart tooling to improve processes
You’ll use CM.com’s multichannel communication platform to help prospects understand how they can communicate effectively across channels like SMS, WhatsApp for Business, Voice, Email, RCS, and Apple Business Chat. You’ll also identify opportunities to introduce AI-driven solutions, such as Marketing Cloud, Customer Service Cloud, and HALO, to enhance their operations and streamline workflows.
Make decisions fast, test ideas, and learn from what doesn’t work
You’ll craft and execute strategic prospecting plans tailored to your Target Account Lists and key industries. You’ll test new approaches, learn from the outcomes, and continuously refine your strategies to maximize impact.
Help shape how this role will look a year from now
This is a dynamic role where you’ll have the freedom to rethink workflows, explore new technologies, and contribute to the evolution of CM.com’s sales strategies in the French market. Your input will help shape the future of the SDR role and the success of the SaaS and CPaaS products.

That’s why you ideally have
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a similar field of work.
Gained some experience in a sales/business development role with a focus on B2B outbound prospecting.
A self-starting and team player mentality
Fluency in French and English is required
