To achieve this mission, we are looking for a System Engineer to join our IT Workspace Department. Are you a driven System Engineer with a passion for internal IT and support? Our team of 7 people is located in the Breda office. We are committed to providing excellent IT solutions and support to all CM offices globally. Our mission within the Workspace department is to deliver a stable and secure IT Workspace and "on time" support to all CM colleagues through lean processes, smart automation, and Self Service. Our Workspace department plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth internal IT processes and maintaining our office network.

What you will do:
As a System Engineer, you are responsible for resolving IT incidents for end users and play a key role in preparing, implementing, and communicating IT changes. Additionally, you will work on various challenging IT projects to implement new and innovative solutions. You work will be related to these topics:

• Device Management for Windows and Apple;
• Application Management;
• E-mail Management with Microsoft 365;
• Hardware support;
• Identity & Access Management;
• Single Sign On;
• Office networking;
• Server maintenance and backup;
• Office relocations.

This role offers diverse responsibilities and opportunities for technical growth.

You connect with us, if you have:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field and have interest in managing IT systems and networks;
• A continuous improvement mentality;
• Strong communication skills and an intrinsic motivation to help end users (customer-oriented);
• Problem-solving ability and proactive attitude;
• Working accurately;
• Fluency in English, Dutch speaking is a plus;
